Listen to me guys. I emailed Stephen Carpenter from Ombudsman. He sent me a email back stating that all 33,000 claims are still under review and there is no timeline when the prevailing claimants will be paid. He stated, “In other words, the entire claims process must be complete before any single class member is paid. Although there is no exact timeline for payments to the class, the claims process is moving forward.”
I hope this shed some light on when we “the black farmers claimants” will recieve any funding.
Sorry
@A.R. Did Stephen Carpenter mention why he was being paid; while the black farmers will have to wait until all claims are reviewed? I EMAILED Stephen Carpenter with this question last Monday,I have not gotten a reply from him.
@ Stephen Carpenter I am sure you’re one of the readers of this site. Can you tell us why you have gotten paid and black farmers haven’t. Is your life and family more valuable and important than ours. Why must our families continue to be put on hold while yours live in the luxury of the injustice done to us? Can you tell us why?
@JS: This is easy money for the ombudsman’s office. Just remain silent, don’t question anything and continue to cash the checks.
Give em hell JS, I didn’t realize there were 2 (JS).
I think the media needs to be made aware of what is going and who is really getting the money as well as how much. Another issue is they don’t have to wait until all the claims have been decided before they are paided. That is descrimaion is’nt it?
It is sad,how we still treat each other afther all these years of injuster.when we sum it all said and done, there is know different between the clower of our ?our who the Money is ,or was, oris,or is Mine! that is the way Money cirulate in the U S A of Greatie Persons No Cloders Just Green on their H or F$.
@ Your Churches not just tomorrow,, not just sunday, but everyday, Tell GOD IN THE NAME OF JESUS about this injustice that’s been done to the black farmers all over again. one would think that the court by order of the judge could bring this issue to a close. Has any one heard of this happening to anyone else?”This type of injustice where the perpretrator gets to decide when and if restoration is warrented.
