On March 5, 2014, ten more named plaintiffs in the Hispanic Farmers case filed stipulations of dismissal with prejudice for their claims against the USDA because they filed claims as part of the USDA’s Administrative Claims Process.
More than 50 named plaintiffs had already filed similar motions late last year.
Similar stipulations to dismiss were filed in the Female Farmers case by those lead plaintiffs.
It was not immediately clear why these plaintiffs were filing so much later but it may move along the process for ending this case.
